The 20X25FT POND LINER FOR OUTDOOR PONDS is a versatile and durable solution for creating and maintaining outdoor ponds. Featuring a thermalized HDPE construction with woven fabrics on both sides, this pond liner offers a unique combination of flexibility and strength.

Compared to traditional HDPE and LLDPE pond liners, the thermalized HDPE used in this product is relatively flexible and softer, making it easier to work with, especially for irregular and small-sized ponds. The three-layer design, with a 15mil thermalized HDPE core and 120g woven fabric on both sides, provides excellent aging resistance, UV protection, and high tearing and puncture performance.

To determine the suitable liner size for your pond, use the following formulas: Pond Liner Length = (Pond Length') + (2 x Pond Depth') + (2') Pond Liner Width = (Pond Width') + (2 x Pond Depth') + (2')

For example, a finished pond that is 10' long, 8' wide, and 5' deep would require a liner that is 22' long and 20' wide.

The DIY process for creating a garden pond with this liner is straightforward. Start by unfolding and spreading the liner in the sun, which will make it more pliable and easier to shape. Mark the desired pond outline, excavate the area, and remove any sharp objects. Lay an underlay, such as sand or discarded cloth, to protect the liner, and carefully position the liner without dragging it. Anchor the liner with smooth rocks and gradually fill the pond with water, allowing the liner to conform to the shape of the slope sides.

The thermalized HDPE pond liner is not only easy to work with but also highly durable, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including Koi/fish/goldfish ponds, duck and turtle enclosures, man-made waterfalls, planter containers, and roof seepage protection. Its versatility allows you to enhance your garden landscape and delight your water-loving friends.

When using the pond liner, it's essential to add a layer of underlayment to protect it from sharp objects. Avoid dragging the liner, as it is durable but not indestructible. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out, and the team will work with you until you're fully satisfied with the results.
